How long does it take?
Most websites go live in about 2 to 3 weeks from the day you approve the design. The quicker you send photos and text, the faster it goes.
Do I own my website?
Yes. Your domain is registered in your name, and the site content is yours. If you ever leave, I hand everything over.
What does the care plan cover?
Hosting, security updates, backups and small changes such as new prices, photos or opening hours. Bigger additions are quoted first, so there are no surprises.
Is my customer data safe? What about PDPA?
I only collect what a project needs, keep it in trusted services, and build consent into forms. I will walk you through your PDPA obligations during the audit. This is practical guidance, not legal advice.
Do I need to be technical?
No. You tell me how your business runs, and I handle the rest. If you can use WhatsApp, you can work with me.
What happens after the first year?
Care continues at S$40 a month. You can cancel anytime, and your website stays yours.
